Reasoned culture. Plowing of the vines and leaf stripping. Use of sorting table, destemming, fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Aging in oak barrels, traditional cork stopper.

Nose : generous aromas of red fruits (blackcurrant and ripe), nuanced by a hint of spiceMouth : great fullness with fruity flavor, melting and elegant tannins, built around notes of undergrowth. Final, long and dense with a nice roundness
