ELABORATION

Reasoned culture. Vine plowing and leaf stripping

Aging in oak barrels (50% new barrels, 50% barrels from 1 to 3 years old)

Aging on fine lees for 10 months.

TASTING

Eye  :  pretty pale yellow dress

Nose  :  The nose releases pleasant aromas of exotic fruits, pepper, vanilla and marzipan.

Mouth  :  The mouth is ample, very round and greedy with notes of exotic fruits, brioche with a nice persistence
